About Us

We are civic technologists innovating the way communities work together.

Members of our executive team developed and implemented the technology that powers Feeding America. The nationwide network of more than 200 food banks feed more than 46 million people through food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and other community-based agencies. With success in that space, our executive team is developing open-sourced technologies.

Our pricing is very simple: you pay for each API call and each record stored. We also do customizations and developer support, on request.

The HSLynk warehouse is an open source Platform as a Service (PaaS) utility, and you can pick what you use in any combination. You can:

  • store human services data in it
  • report on it,
  • communicate that data to other systems, and
  • receive new data in real-time, using APIs."

Because we use shared hosting, splitting the server resources between many customers, the cost for HSLynk will be much lower than if you self-hosted the HSLynk warehouse by yourself. See the current pricing sheet, effective as of March 1, 2020. With the new pricing, the cost per API call and record stored drops significantly after usage thresholds are reached. Copy this pricing calculator worksheet and plug new values into the yellow cells to estimate your monthly cost.
